SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING:

All orders are processed in 2-3 days unless otherwise specified. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

When placing your order, please confirm that all billing and payment information is accurate to avoid any delays in shipment.

We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

International orders may incur in duties and taxes. These vary by country, and customers are responsible for any customs or duties that may be assessed by their country when the package arrives. We do not accept responsibility for orders not accepted due to failure to pay duties and taxes.

 
RETURNS:

We offer returns for most purchases (not discounted/sale items).

How do I return?

  • Visit our Returns Center

  • Enter your order number and email address to start.

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • Akari will not accept returns on merchandise that has been worn, washed or is missing original tags and hygienic liners. Please be cautious of any makeup/deodorant marks on merchandise, as we will not accept returns on damaged items. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

What are the return options?

The following return options are supported:

  • Refund to original form of payment. Akari Swimwear does not refund shipping charges

What items are not eligible for return? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us at hello@akariswimwear.com within 7 days of the delivered date with your name, order number and pictures of the damaged piece. If a replacement is available, Akari will ship to to customer at no extra charge. In the case that a replacement is not available, customer can choose to exchange for another piece of the same value or a refund to their original method of payment.

Can the items be exchanged?

We unfortunately do not process exchanges. If you have purchased an item and wish to exchange it for a different color/size, a new order must be placed. 

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. 

*Akari Swimwear does not provide return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for any cost incurred in the return process. 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your return request. If approved, the refund requested will be processed within 3-5 working days after approval.
